The hotel comprises 7 letting bedrooms, 4 of which are fully ensuite with a partial ensuite twin room. We offer 2 family rooms and have 3 bedrooms with panoramic foreshore and sea views.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
The person (now referred to as the Lead Customer) whose name appears on the booking form or who has made the booking via the telephone or internet is the person who has entered into the Contract with The Balmoral. The management also reserve the right to cancel accommodation at any time if in their opinion the behaviour of any resident or visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is in danger. In such event no monies will be refunded. The management do not hold themselves responsible for valuables left on the premises. Car parking is at the car owners risk.
This reservation constitutes an agreement, and accordingly in the event of cancellation, deposits are not returnable. Any cancellation received less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the accommodation reserved will be chargeable at the full contracted rate and immediately deducted from the card details given for the booking deposit. All breakages must be paid for or replaced and reported. The management reserve the right (at their discretion) to charge £10.00 per person for groups as insurance against any damage, (this is seperate to the deposit taken for booking accommodation) this will be returned once the accommodation has been checked.
